3. Important Submission Notes
- Authorship and Contributors: When determining authorship and other contributors, please consider equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Journal-Specific Information: Length restrictions, article types, and other specific information are available on the 'Author Information' page of each journal's website.
- Screening: All submissions are routinely screened for plagiarism and, where relevant, image integrity (e.g., paper mills).
- Reviewer Recommendations: You are welcome to recommend competent reviewers, with preference given to early career researchers, researchers from the global South, and underrepresented groups (such as women, scientists from ethnic minorities, and scientists with disabilities). However, we may select different reviewers if necessary.
4. Article Processing Charges (APC)
Wavejo Journals operates on article processing charges to cover publication costs. The APC for different manuscript types is:
- Regular Articles: USD 780 / EURO 862 / GBP 741.
- Charges may vary based on The extensive editing, color effects, and other factors.
4.1. Author Withdrawal Policy
- Manuscripts can be withdrawn within 5 days of submission at no charge. After this period, a withdrawal fee of 40% of the APC applies.

5. Additional Policies:
5.1. Open Access Policy
- Research papers published are freely available for viewing, copying, and printing by individual academicians and researchers.
5.2. Discontinued Journals
- Discontinued journals remain archived and accessible on the Journal's website and in various indexes and repositories.
5.3. Advertising
- Advertising decisions are managed by the Executive Director. Accepted ads may include those for educational institutions, research organizations, and related services.
5.4. FEE-Review Process
- For expedited review, an additional fee of USD 99 applies. This service provides faster editorial decisions but is non-refundable if the article is rejected. The fee covers fast processing and quick editorial decisions.
